Sadie Lambert joined Revolution Law Group as a law clerk in 2023 while attending Elon University School of Law and now practices with the firm. She represents healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners in healthcare, employment, and business law matters.
Sadie focuses on advising healthcare providers and organizations, regularly assisting with compliance matters such as HIPAA program development, audits, and policy reviews. She also represents licensed professionals in regulatory and licensing board matters, including investigations, complaints, and disciplinary proceedings.
In addition, Sadie advises on transactional matters, including asset purchase agreements, entity formation, governance documents, and employment agreements. She works with a range of healthcare businesses—such as med spas and IV therapy clinics—helping them navigate regulatory requirements while building and protecting their operations.
Sadie focuses on being approachable and responsive, making sure her clients understand their options and feel confident in the decisions they make.
Outside of her practice, Sadie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, especially exploring local trails and parks since relocating from Arizona.
