Raven Ash

Raven represents buyers and sellers during purchases, sales, refinances, and home equity line closings as well as document drafting associated with real estate transactions including contracts, addendums and amendments, free trader agreements, and powers of attorney. His experience ranges from first-time home buyers to investors purchasing large portfolios, exposing him to a multitude of unique situations and clients.

Raven also works closely with individuals to identify and address their estate planning needs. By taking a client-focused approach, he is able to create a specific plan protect client interests during unexpected life events and prepare the documents necessary to achieve any goals surrounding health care requests and the future transfer of assets.

Raven is a North Carolina native who earned a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and religious studies from Wingate University and his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law. In his free time, he enjoys watching true crime documentaries, camping, and discovering new restaurants.
