Brooks Godbold

Brooks joined Revolution Law Group as an associate attorney in 2025. He first worked with our firm as a law clerk while attending Elon University School of Law. Brooks’s practice includes business law, civil litigation, and estate planning. He works with entrepreneurs and small business owners on entity formation, contracts, governance documents, and day-to-day legal issues that arise as businesses grow. Brooks takes a practical approach to advising clients and aims to explain legal concepts in clear, straightforward terms so clients can make informed decisions.

Brooks also represents individuals and businesses in a variety of civil disputes, including contract, business, and employment-related matters. He takes a practical, solutions-oriented approach to litigation and aims to position cases efficiently and strategically based on each client’s goals.

In addition, Brooks assists individuals and families with estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. He works with clients to develop plans that reflect their goals and provide clarity for their loved ones.

In his free time, Brooks enjoys spending time with his family and friends, taking walks with his dog, Butters, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
