Revolution Law Welcomes Scott Meyers
Scott focuses his practice on dispute resolution and litigation as well as creditors’ rights. He helps businesses, business owners, and individuals find efficient ways to resolve their disputes, protect their interests, and collect what is owed to them. Scott has extensive litigation experience in the North Carolina Superior Court and Business Court, as well as in the federal and bankruptcy courts of North Carolina.
While he comes from a large-firm background and can successfully litigate in that environment, Scott focusses on providing superior litigation skills scaled to meet the needs of businesses and individuals who need high quality legal representation but who do not necessarily need a large team of lawyers.
Scott received his B.A. from Virginia Tech and his J.D. from George Mason University, Antonin Scalia School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. After law school, Scott served as law clerk for the Honorable William L. Osteen, Sr. in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Scott is admitted to practice in North Carolina and Virginia.
